Description
Full edition for scientific use. This 2018 Anti-Semitism study, commissioned by the Austrian Parliament, aims to close the existing research gap on the status and development of anti-semitic tendencies in Austria. Isolated studies on the topic were conducted many years ago. Particularly in light of the commemorative year 1938-2018 and the debate about new forms of anti-semitism in Austria due to immigration, the 2018 anti-semitism study provides an empirically sound basis for analysing and discussing antisemitic stereotypes. The client's decision to make the results of the survey available to interested parties, the media and researchers calls for and promotes a debate on the topic of anti-semitism based on current survey data.
